Felix Hotels was founded in 2019 based on the shared ideas, projects and goals of Agostino Cicalò and Paolo Manca, two Sardinian entrepreneurs with a history of running successful family businesses.
They decided to merge their hotel businesses, and continuing to invest, combine their personal and professional strengths and join forces to take on a new challenge. Passion, business expertise, innovation, experience, hospitality and satisfaction – in a word, happiness. Based on these cornerstones, the new point of reference for Sardinian tourist accommodation made its debut in October 2020.
The distinctive nature and diversity of the offer, together with a gratifyingly good reputation, are the strong point of Felix Hotels: Hotel La Coluccia (Santa Teresa), Country Resort & Restaurant Parco degli Ulivi (Arzachena), Hotel Airone (Baja Sardinia), Felix Hotel Olbia (Olbia), Residence Hotel Porto San Paolo (Loiri Porto San Paolo), Residence Grandi Magazzini (Nuoro).
At the Group’s Felix restaurants, the focus is on first-class food service, which is provided at its four restaurants: Restaurant Parco degli Ulivi in Arzachena, Restaurant La Coluccia Beach in Santa Teresa Gallura (Conca Verde), Restaurant Felix Rooftop and Felix Bistrot in Olbia. Putting the seal on this partnership will be the opening in June 2021 of a new property, the first Felix Hotel, and the one which gives the group its name – Hotel Felix Olbia.
The Felix Hotels brand takes its name from the ancient city of Olbia – the happy city – and the group’s mission – summed up by the pay-off “your happiness, our satisfaction” – is a promise to Felix Hotel guests and an inspiration for its more than 160 employees.
