You should fill in the REQUEST FORM
We want to offer our guests economic flexibility and peace of mind by guaranteeing any possible cancellations with a voucher usable for a future holiday. Whether you choose the Best Flex option with payment on arrival, or Best Price, with prepayment on confirmation, in the event of cancellation the entire sum already paid will be transformed into a credit, which can also be made over to a third party, and used for a future holiday by 31/12/2024.
To make a new booking you just have to send us a request using the REQUEST FORM. In the notes section, state the number of vouchers you wish to use, the value of which will be deducted from the new quotation. If on the other hand, the value of the voucher has been made over to you by the original beneficiary, you must also advise us of their name. Once the date of the new stay has been confirmed, the value of the voucher in your possession can be used as a deposit/full payment for the new booking.
All bookings made through online sites or travel agencies are subject to the cancellation/refund conditions contained in the contract signed by the client at the time of purchase. You should contact the agency that made and confirmed the booking directly for all information. It is not possible to obtain a refund directly from the hotel.
You can find the telephone numbers and email addresses of the individual hotels on their CONTACT page. The number of the hotel you have chosen to stay at can be found in all booking confirmations.

You can write an email to the address you received your booking confirmation from, or contact the hotel at the number given on the hotel’s CONTACT page.
