We offer organised retreat programme at four different hotels: the Galanias Hotel & Retreat in Ogliastra, the Hotel La Baja in the province of Oristano on the west coast and the two hotels on the Costa Smeralda, the Hotel Airone in Baja Sardinia and the Country Resort & Restaurant Parco degli Ulivi in Arzachena.
Here you can choose between individual or group yoga practice with a professional teacher. Alternatively, you can book one of our scheduled yoga retreats.
