If for any reason you need to cancel your holiday, you will not forfeit the amount you have paid, but it will be converted into a voucher for the same value, which you can use towards another stay by 31 December 2023.
Receipt of the voucher within 48 hours. You will receive the voucher by email within 48 hours of cancellation, and it will be valid for use from the following day.
Name change. If you do not plan on booking another holiday at our hotel before the expiry date of the voucher, you can transfer its value to family or friends by notifying us of the name/s of the new beneficiary, who must use the amount in one go.
Date change. The voucher has a purely monetary value, so the dates of the booking can be changed according to your needs. In the event the total cost of the new stay exceeds that of the voucher, the difference must be paid within 14 days before arrival. If the cost of the new stay is less, any remaining value can be used to pay for extras on site.
How to make a new booking. To make a new booking, simply send us a request using the form on the site and in the notes indicate the number of vouchers you wish to use, the sum total of which will be deducted from the new quote. If on the other hand the value of the voucher has been made over to you by the original beneficiary, you must also advise us of their name.
Loss of voucher. If you have lost your voucher, you can request a replacement by writing to:
specifying the name and surname the booking was made under and the dates of the cancelled stay.
Validity of the voucher. Validity of the voucher cannot be extended beyond the expiry date, unless provided otherwise by the management.
