From 25 October the doors of the Felix Rooftop restaurant and the Felix Bistrot & Pastry shop

As colorful as the textures of a Sardinian handcrafted carpet. This is the facade of the new Hotel Felix Olbia , which opens today < strong> at number 333 of viale Aldo Moro , the commercial heart of the Gallura capital.

The Hotel Felix Olbia , 4-star superior category, is the new creature of the Felix Hotels hotel group, to which it gives its name. The colors of the warps alternate and cover the new building, which is proposed as a new reference point for hospitality and excellent catering. A hub open to the city, a hospitality hub with services open to all. Like the Felix Rooftop and the Felix Bistrot & amp; Pastry shop opening today, two of the four restaurants of the group, enclosed in the brand Felix Taste , rib ‚ gastronomica ‚by Felix Hotels.

FELIX ROOFTOP AND FELIX BISTROT &  PASTRY

On the ground floor of the structure, there is the Felix Bistrot &  Pastry . From breakfasts to brunch , passing through sweets also take away and to order, the Bistrot will be a meeting place and sociality, work and meeting place. For an aperitif and dinner, on the other hand, you will go up five floors to the Felix Rooftop, the restaurant on the panoramic terrace with the swimming pool, for evenings with spectacular views of the city. “In 2021 we laid the foundations for a constantly growing project. We started with our own facilities, built the Hotel Felix Olbia and took over La Coluccia di Santa Teresa Gallura . – explained Agostino Cicalò , president of Felix Hotels, during the meeting this morning on the occasion of the inauguration. – Today we are also inaugurating the new Felix Taste brand, which of catering and pastry shops is open to the public and to hotel customers and soon we will have further news regarding tourist assistance activities ”.

THE BUILDING

The renovation of the building where the Hotel Felix Olbia was born was carried out by the Nuorese architect Luca Mereu and was carried out by a grouping of companies, headed by the companies Zicchittu and Ellegia, thanks to an investment of seven million euros.
Five floors, 70 rooms (3 suites), a Spa (which will be operational from December), two swimming pools, one of which is on the Rooftop, a panoramic terrace overlooking the city, two restaurants and a pastry shop. A contemporary and elegant design, technological solutions and 4.0 equipment: the Felix Olbia hotel will be a hub open to the city, not just for tourists and travelers.
In addition to the panoramic one, there is the swimming pool on the ground floor, dedicated to hotel guests. In the area dedicated to wellness there is also a Spa (operational starting from the next winter months) and a small gym. And finally the meeting room, available to companies and organizations for their meetings and events.

REPORT FOR THE 2021 SEASON

„Despite the start of the tourist season in June, Felix Hotels recorded an over 48 per cent of visitors compared to the previous year and an increase of 55 per cent in sales in the six hotels“, explained Paolo Manca, managing director by Felix Hotels. “We have been able to intercept the strong national demand and stimulate international customers in particular from Germany, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland and Austria”. “Thanks to the collaboration with tour operators and travel agencies, to promotional-advertising investments on digital media and to the new group website felixhotels.it, the objectives for 2021 have been largely achieved”, specified Manca.

TOWARDS 2022
