Just a ten minute walk from the Galanias Hotel & Retreat, the most loved beach in Bari Sardo emerges: the Torre di Barì beach. Divided into two parts, separated by the 16th century tower of the same name and the promontory on which it stands, here alternating coarse-grained golden sand, thin white sand and pebbles smoothed by the sea. The Torre di Barì beach extends for several kilometers, is bordered by a pine forest and offers the perfect environment for relaxing, taking pleasant walks or snorkeling in the rocky seabed around the Tower. The Sirocco and Grecale winds that characterize the central-eastern coast make this beach an ideal destination for lovers of surfing and kitesurfing.
There is a diving center and several refreshment points on site.
