Handmade pasta and baked goods are at the heart of Felix cuisine, and chefs and pastry cooks use Sardinian wheat flours and local products for their delicious creations. The Felix culinary philosophy is based on the use of local produce, some of which comes from Parco degli Ulivi itself, where there is also a well-tended aromatic herb garden.
